First, I returned a set of sheets and it took them 2.5 weeks to post my credit -- and only then after two phone calls so they "expedited" it! Then, I ordered another set of sheets from them (I should have learned my lesson but didn't) and it took them 2 weeks to the day to ship out the order. I'm now waiting to receive it. I would never ever ever order from Dream Soft Bedware again even if their price is lower than other!
